Updated 10/8/12 for Week 2 of Regular Season

Changes from last slider set;
ALL SLIDERS for Offense and Defense set back to default (50) due to them being inconsistent with HUM vs. HUM games. Sliders will be revisited once the next patch is released 10/16.

well its the 2nd q and the titans arewinning 20 to 0 against me, after converting on a 3rd and 18 for a 40 someting yard td. If im getting my ass kicked by the cpu in a critical assumed loss that may cost me a playoff spot i might as well do a offline career, my two games against humans i won by at least 10....

oh, wonderfull, they just converted a 3rd and 17 against me after kendall wright broke 3 tackles on the catch....

and the balls turned over again! 27-0 with the titans inside my 20. Maybe this league just isnt for me, i understand that you guys need time to tinker with the sliders but i dont think you should have messed with them THAT much in the first place. Its not skill as i played all madden on previous versions of a game, and have a winning record in my other leagues against humans, and usually have a top ten O and D. This is just painfull, its at the point where im forcing myself to keep the game on. If i got this whooping from a player itd be one thing, but from a computer when the sides are obv stacked against you is another, who know this loss may cost me a playoff spot.

Outside of broken tackles by the CPU, what else is giving you the most trouble? Is it still QB Accuracy? You mentioned another turnover, is it fumbles or interceptions that are occurring?

Obviously we don't want to see you leave the league. Your and others feedback will help us get it right.

locker has a close to 70% completion percentage, almost 300 yards on few throws, and the titans in general havent turned the ball over once. Its hard to say as it feels like there are so many things working against you with this sider set.

dont be confused by the final score either, i literally threw two routes against the cpu the rest of the game cause they were the only thing that worked and recovered a onside by some miracle

The sliders that are up now look easier then the ones they had on yesterday, and I still did alright with the CPU. I don't know how your still having trouble jrc, but the computer will convert them long third downs if you dont play the right defense. It happens on offline CCM as well, since I have one. Just adjust your defense and no need to threaten to leave the league.

If we could keep the feedback more specific, I think that would be best.

Examples of what I think would be helpful;

- HUM QB Accuracy is too good, perfect, better, or terrible.
- CPU Broken Tackles are too good, perfect, better, or terrible.
- Etc, etc...

Specific recommendations would be good too. Something like;

- suggest raising QB Accuracy 2 points from 10 to 12.

Updates to the sliders will probably be a consensus type of thing, so the more feedback the better. Even if it's just agreeing with someone else, that is good info.


*EDIT* Now that I think about it, maybe it is good to get details on the game and we can try figuring out what's best based on that...

Youre post did nothing more than talk down to me, which i dont appreciate. Anytime you want to play so i can show you how to play the right defense, you have my gammertag. I guess i was that way at 19 too...

Looking at the stats, it looks like things must have snow balled fast, which made you extremely one dimensional.

Yea it got to the point where i couldnt run the ball at all. After the first two series they were up 10 zip then halftime 30 zip

Ea has announced that sliders are broken in CCM. If thu wanna get fixed, gotta wait for patch.

I liked the sliders.

I had a few big plays that opened the game up.

To me, the sliders felt very natural and pretty good. CPU QB Completion % seems a bit too high, but that was all I noticed that I would recommend thinking about. Eli Manning is good though, so what I saw may have just been a product of him being that good.

still in 1st half of my game and i can already say sliders need adjusting.

for me cpu broken tackles is the priority. it takes 2 to 4 of my players to bring down sproles and some recievers. not realistic. i hit sproles hard he bounces out sidewards then gets hit again but powers thru it....2 much.

only other issue i see is cpu pass rush is maybe a little strong but maybe 2 early to tell and cpu pass blocking seems a bit 2 good. only a minor tweak needed i think there.

Ming, are you using the hit stick too much? Just a thought.

A lot of broken tackles will occur if you are using the stick to make the majority of hits. It's a high risk/high reward type of thing. And it should be. Not every hit should be some crushing blow.

The majority of tackles should be using the "x" button.

Not saying you are. It could very well need tweaked. I'm just throwing it out there as a suggestion.

i hear you. not a fan of hit stick this year it seems to be a generic animation. dont use it much anymore. tackle with a or x button.

title update 3 due on 16th oct. lots of fixes including some work to make ccm sliders work properly. plus we will be able to edit players finally!

The only downside is we'll get the sliders working decent and then this title will mess them all up again

Maybe we should just throw the sliders back on default until the update comes out.... because we experienced some really weird stuff in the SEA v ARI game. It was hella fun... but odd.

Maybe go default, and then make minor adjustments from there once the update drops.
